This page explains how the AutoTreeGen landing site handles personal information. This site is informational — it does not collect personal data through any sign-up or contact form. When you choose to get started, account creation and all genealogy and DNA data are handled in the app at app.autotreegen.com, under the consent steps and privacy controls shown there.
What this site collects
Nothing through a form. As with any website, standard technical logs (such as an IP address and browser user agent) may be processed by our hosting and CDN provider to serve and protect the site. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies; a functional cookie may store your language preference.
We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, use it for targeted advertising, or train AI models on it.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
DNA and GEDCOM data
We do not currently accept any genealogy or DNA data through this site. When upload becomes available, separate consent and a much more detailed privacy policy will apply, including encryption, obfuscation of living individuals, and explicit data-deletion workflows.

If we materially change this notice, we'll post the updated version on this page.
